COD (Cash on Delivery) Policy: At Spice Shuttle, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service with certain conditions. To avail of this service, the buyer must make an initial payment of 40% of the total order value, including shipping charges, at the time of placing the order. This payment is required to prepare and pack the consignment for delivery. The remaining payment can be made in cash at the time of delivery.

Buyer Credits Policy: For our valued buyers and wholesale stockists, we offer buyer credits after successful transactions and purchases made over a period of 6 months. These credits can be used for future purchases, providing you with additional flexibility and benefits.

Payment Terms: For wholesale purchases amounting to 50% or above of the total order value, we offer free shipping charges. This helps you save on additional costs and makes the buying experience more convenient.

For orders below 50kg (retail orders), we encourage buyers to make their purchases directly through our website’s shopping page. You can choose to make the payment online or opt for Cash on Delivery (COD) as per our COD terms.
