1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation by Customer
Customers are permitted to cancel their orders within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. Any cancellation request after this time frame may not be processed if the order has already entered the fulfillment stage. 1.2 Cancellation by Spice Shuttle Condiments Private Limited
Spice Shuttle Condiments Private Limited, reserves the right to cancel any order under specific circumstances, such as:
- Product unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Payment discrepancies or issues with payment authorization.
In such cases, the customer will be duly notified, and the entire payment made will be refunded without any deductions. Such refunds will typically be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of cancellation.
2. Returns Policy
2.1 Return Eligibility
Returns are applicable only in cases of:
- Defective or damaged Packages received.
- Incorrect size, grade or quality delivered
Customers are required to initiate a return request within 48 hours of receipt of the product. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and accompanied by the original invoice.
2.2 Non-Returnable Conditions
Please note that refunds will not be processed if more than 2 days have passed since the receipt of the goods, or if the items are not returned in their original packaging. Additionally, products that have been opened and do not meet the customer’s subjective quality expectations are not eligible for return due to quality control considerations. Returns cannot be processed for any change of mind once successful delivery has been completed.
3. Refunds Policy
3.1 Refunds Due to Customer-Initiated Cancellation
Where an order is canceled by the customer within the permissible timeframe (i.e., within 24 hours), a full refund will be initiated, post the payment gateway fee and taxes, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched. Refunds in such cases will be processed within 5-7 working days and will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
3.2 Refunds Due to Returns
If the customer receives a damaged or incorrect product and a return request is initiated within 48 hours, the product shall be returned to Spice Shuttle Condiments Private Limited, and a replacement shall be offered if available. Alternatively, a refund shall be processed if a replacement is not feasible. Refunds will be completed within 7-10 working days from the date the returned product is verified by our quality control team.
3.3 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds shall not be processed in the following situations:
- Cancellation requests made after 24 hours and if the product has already been dispatched.
- Post 24 hrs cancellation transportation charges, payment gateway fee and other applicable taxes are collected from the buyer.
4. Shipping & Delivery Terms
4.1 Domestic Shipping
- Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 working days and are expected to reach the customer within 4-8 working days from the date of dispatch.
- Shipping Charges: A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies to orders below ₹1000, while free shipping is offered for orders above quantity of 1MT.
4.2 Shipment Tracking
All shipments are provided with a tracking number. The tracking information will be sent to the customer’s registered email once the shipment is dispatched, allowing customers to track the status of their delivery.
4.3 Incorrect Shipping Information
Spice Shuttle Condiments Private Limited, shall not be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery resulting from the submission of incorrect or incomplete shipping information by the customer.
5. Additional Provisions
5.1 Reporting Quality Issues
Any concerns regarding the quality of the products received must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Spice Shuttle Condiments Private Limited places the utmost importance on the quality of our products, and all complaints will be addressed with priority.
