Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays, as most transportation, logistics, and courier services do not operate on these days. In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may experience slight delays. Please allow additional transit days for delivery, as this is under the scope of work of the transporter/shipping agent. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Time
- Domestic Shipping: Orders will be delivered within 3 to 6 days from the date of order confirmation.
- International Shipping: Delivery times will vary based on destination, customs clearance, and other logistics. (Important Note: Sampling and residue analysis test results take a minimum of 6 days to fulfill.)
Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including vessel availability, slot space availability, weather conditions, customs delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We offer a 3-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected, and the return will be approved within 2 business days.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Note: Returns are not accepted beyond 3 days from the date of receipt unless there is a genuine quality concern. Additionally, products that have been opened and are not in their original packaging are not eligible for return due to quality control considerations.
